Guardiola Sterling Confident Shine in the national team
Manchester City coach, Pep Guardiola, stated that he felt confident Raheem Sterling could shine on the England team.
The Three Lions manager, Gareth Southgate, is currently entrusting his front line to Sterling, who performed superbly with his club, The Citizen.
Southgate has plans to re-take the former retainer of Liverpool in several 2018 World Cup qualifying matches later.
In an interview, Guardiola said “I myself am certainly confident in Sterling’s ability.”
“Sterling is still young, he knows what to do.”
“I feel happy if Sterling is believed to be in front of England.”
“Of course I can not wait to see Sterling help England qualify for the 2018 World Cup.”
“I have hope Sterling can be even better. There is still much to change from him. ”
“That is the only way Sterling can be the best in the world of football.”
“And I’m sure Sterling can be a great player, even one of the world’s best.”
